Request Authorization
Contact our concierge team at service@edmarshalljewelers.com within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original presentation box along with all laboratory grading reports, warranty cards, and documentation, ensuring the package is double-boxed for maximum security.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid FedEx insured label to your package and drop it off at a staffed FedEx location; do not use a drop box to ensure the insurance remains valid.
Inspection & Refund
Once received, our master jewelers will inspect the piece for authenticity and condition; upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
